Founded in 1989 SeaTip CSI has enjoyed a long history of very successful and meaningful projects as technologies consultants with special interests in infratructure and application developments for Fortune 1000 companies and government entities.
In 1998 SeaTip CSI was introduced to the special needs of the auto finance business with specific focus of those organizations which purchase single and bulk loans from other sources. It was identified that altough numerous Dealer Management Systems (DMS) existed, most focused their attention on sales on not collections. This produced numerous challenges for industry as experts indicated that altough sales were important is was collections that needed the attention.
In January, under the name of SeaTip Software Systems, Inc., Loan Information Management System (LIMS), a client/server archetecture designed solution, was released to the industry for use and became an immediate success.
In 2008 SeaTip CSI, as the interent reliability increased and the cost of self managed technologies began to increase overhead costs, SeaTip began development of a web based Software as a Service solution named LIMS-MS (Managed Services). As a Zero footprint solution the new solution would be able to be access from ANYWHERE. This provides the client with much greater capabilities in managing the business and resources.
In January 2010, LIMS-MS was released to industry to provide extended capabilities with many more enhancements in the works.
